When I was a young kid there was a tennis court between schoolyards where someone had spraypainted "Pink Floyd" on a wall. I thought it was the name of a neighborhood gang. This tape has the mysteriousness of things like that. Hard, in your face - these streets are ruff. New Wave, Synth-pop - whatever you want to call it - this is a diamond in the ruff.
